Residents should observe the following rules:

1) Not to light bonfires on Communal Grounds

2) Not to light BBQs on Communal Grounds

3) Not to gather in such a manner that causes other residents to be disturbed

4) Not to erect tents or gazebos on Communal Grounds

5) Not to park on any grassed area

6) Not to plant any trees or shrubs without permission from the Company

7) Not to leave any item unattended. Such items will be regarded as discarded and removed

8) Not to allow dogs to roam freely

9) Not to allow dogs to foul the Communal Grounds

10) Not to service or repair any vehicle in the car parks, Adopted Areas or casual car parking spaces

11) Not to dispose of any engine oil or other contaminant in the gullies

12) Not to run a business of any kind from in the car parks, Adopted Areas or casual car parking spaces
